Returns Policy

  • All Lionsgate Limited sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns or issue refunds. For any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days for a resolution. If not contacted within that 30-day window, we can't guarantee any resolutions due to limited inventory. If items are shown to be defective or grossly damaged, you will be eligible for a replacement. Please note that as our inventory is limited, we do not replace items with minor wear and tear, small dings/dents, or minor scuffs. We are unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered but not received. In these cases, our resolution is to provide a replacement.
  • In cases where a return is approved as an exception, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of the return label being issued. Return labels will not be reissued if unused or expired. Refunds are only issued once returned merchandise is received and processed at our facility.
    Unauthorized returns, including refused shipments, are not guaranteed to be accepted or processed.
  • If you need to request a replacement item due to gross damages in shipment (large dents, very large scratches or highly visible defects) or if you've received an item that's defective (i.e. disc won't play, wrong disc included, wrong format), please fill out this form within 30 days of receiving your item: https://help.lionsgatelimited.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • We are unable to cancel, modify or refund any orders once they have been confirmed as they are transmitted to our warehouse and begin to process immediately.  Please make sure your order looks accurate before your order and payment is processed.
  • For preorders, we can cancel or modify up to 14 days prior to release date. 
  • Please include "proof of purchase" which should list your name, email address, phone number, and proof-of-purchase/order number referencing the item you wish to have replaced and the reason why. Please include any images or videos of the specific issue with your exchange request.
  • Products that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are NOT eligible for a replacement unless proven defective within 30 days of receipt.
