FAQ

Please check the release dates for each item in your order so you know when to expect delivery.

We ship all items in an order together. This means your order will ship on or around the release date of the item with the latest release date.

Titles with the “Restock Coming Soon” badge are expected to be restocked, but we do not have a confirmed restock date. If you’d like to be notified when these items become available, we recommend signing up for our email newsletter or notifications on the product page.

Titles that do not display this badge are not planned for restock.

If an item you ordered shows as out of stock after your purchase, rest assured, your copy is already reserved. The inventory for your order has been allocated and it will ship as soon as your order is ready.

We have seen numerous issues with packages getting stuck in pre-shipment or UPS not showing possession of packages and then later will show delivered without any tracking update along the way. Sometimes it’s possible that the package missed a scan in the USPS or UPS network, or sometimes there are simply just delays and redirects with the postal service and UPS that are out of our control. Please allow for at least 2 weeks after the ship date for your package to deliver before reaching out to us as these issues tend to resolve on their own during that time. If your package is truly lost at that point, please reach out and we will ship you a replacement.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but the package cannot be located, the customer is responsible for checking with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier.

In these cases, we may offer one complimentary replacement as a courtesy, subject to review. Only one courtesy replacement will be provided per customer/address for delivered-but-not-received claims.

Additional claims of non-receipt for orders marked as delivered will not be eligible for replacement or refund and customers must file a carrier investigation before further action can be taken.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
  • When applicable, we replace only the affected component(s) and do not send full product replacements.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for any issues. After 30 days, resolutions cannot be guaranteed due to limited inventory.
  • In cases where a return is approved as an exception, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of the return label being issued. Return labels will not be reissued if unused or expired. Refunds are only issued once returned merchandise is received and processed at our facility.
    Unauthorized returns, including refused shipments, are not guaranteed to be accepted or processed.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered but not received. In these cases, our resolution is to provide a replacement.

What qualifies for a replacement?

  • Defective items (e.g., disc will not play, incorrect disc or format).
  • Grossly damaged items (large dents, major scratches, or highly visible defects).
  • Scratched discs are replaced only if they cause playback issues. Please try cleaning the disc first using a microfiber cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol.

What does not qualify?

  • Minor wear, small dings/dents, light scuffs, or cosmetic imperfections.
  • Opened items without a verified defect reported within 30 days of delivery.

For preorders, we can cancel or modify up to 14 days prior to release date.

For all other orders, we are unable to cancel, modify or refund any orders once they have been confirmed as they are transmitted to our warehouse and begin to process immediately. Please make sure your order looks accurate before your order and payment is processed.

Our promotional pricing is only valid during the active sale period and we’re unable to offer retroactive price adjustments or credits on previous orders.

You will be charged for your order immediately once the order is placed.

Lionsgate Limited currently only ships domestically within the US.  This includes the 48 contiguous states, including Washington DC as well as Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, Palau, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, American Samoa or the US Virgin Islands. We also do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time.

Expanding availability for international customers is something our team has been looking into, but at this time we don’t yet have the capability to offer international shipping. Hopefully we’ll be able to make this possible soon.

We offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 per order for USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 5-7 business days) and expedited shipping of $20 flat rate for UPS 2-Day Saver shipping (estimated 2 business days). We also offer FREE shipping via USPS Ground Advantage for order values over $100, not including taxes (estimated 5-7 business days).

Orders received by 12:00 PM CT are generally processed and shipped the same day, while orders placed after this time are typically processed the following business day. Please note that processing times may vary depending on order size, volume and warehouse capacity, particularly during high-demand periods.

All items on an order will be held and shipped together to deliver on or around the latest delivery date if placed on the same order. If you want your items shipped more quickly, please place them as separate orders to ensure timely delivery based on release dates.

A tracking link is provided if you would like to track your package upon Shipping Confirmation. You will receive an email for Order Confirmation, Shipping Confirmation/Out for Delivery, and Order Delivered. Lionsgate Limited currently only ships domestically within the US.  This includes the 48 contiguous states, including Washington DC, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. All 4K UHD Discs are All Region and will play worldwide, all Blu-Ray Discs are Region A only and will only play in North America.

Digital Codes are for US only and will not work worldwide. Digital codes enclosed on Lionsgate Limited titles will redeem at Fandango at Home.  Please visitwww.movieredeem.com with your code for more information.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for any issues or concerns. Claims made after this period cannot be guaranteed to be resolved, as it becomes difficult to verify delivery and investigate late reports, and due to limited inventory, we may not be able to replace items.
