Please note that due to the holiday season, our response times may be longer than usual. Our team is working diligently to assist everyone, and all inquiries will be answered in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to our high volume of requests, we ask that you please read our FAQ's first before reaching out as most of your questions can be addressed here.

Please do not reach out about shipments stuck in pre-shipment or tracking issues until at least 2 weeks after the release date of the items you ordered.  These issues tend to resolve by then. 

Please note that order support e-mails are answered Monday to Friday during business hours 9am-5pm PST.

We will try our best to get back to you within 72 hours of your inquiry. During holidays and peak shopping seasons, we ask that you give us at least a week to respond.

In the meantime, we kindly ask that you refrain from sending multiple emails, as this may cause delays in our response time.
